Not the right fit or feel? Our Store accepts keychain returns within 30 days of delivery when the item qualifies below.
You're good if

Keychain must be in new, unused condition with no scratches, dents, or signs of physical wear.

All original packaging, protective films, and tags must be intact.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Final sale, clearance, or personalized/engraved keychains are not eligible (unless defective).

For quality assurance, all returned keychains must pass a functional and physical inspection.
Can't return

Items marked final sale or clearance.

Keychains that show physical damage, deep scratches, wear, or missing original packaging after delivery.

Customized or engraved keychains (unless defective or our error).

Returns sent without prior authorization.

Email support@example.com — include your order number, item name, and reason for return.

We reply within 2 business days with the return shipping address.

Ship trackable. You cover return shipping unless we messed up (wrong item, defect).
Getting your money back

Once we inspect the return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our fault.
