Returns — Keychain

Not the right fit or feel? Our Store accepts keychain returns within 30 days of delivery when the item qualifies below.

You're good if

  • Keychain must be in new, unused condition with no scratches, dents, or signs of physical wear.

  • All original packaging, protective films, and tags must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

  • Final sale, clearance, or personalized/engraved keychains are not eligible (unless defective).

  • For quality assurance, all returned keychains must pass a functional and physical inspection.

Can't return

  • Items marked final sale or clearance.

  • Keychains that show physical damage, deep scratches, wear, or missing original packaging after delivery.

  • Customized or engraved keychains (unless defective or our error).

  • Returns sent without prior authorization.

Start a return

  • Email support@example.com — include your order number, item name, and reason for return.

  • We reply within 2 business days with the return shipping address.

  • Ship trackable. You cover return shipping unless we messed up (wrong item, defect).

Getting your money back

  • Once we inspect the return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our fault.
